Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

6. Return Handling & Logistics
In approved cases, we may arrange a reverse pickup
If pickup service is unavailable, the customer may be requested to ship the product securely in its original packaging
The product must be packed properly to avoid damage in transit
