This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on QYX Health (www.qyxhealth.com), owned and operated by QYX Medtech Pvt Ltd.We aim to deliver your orders in a timely, safe, and reliable manner across India.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation
Orders are processed on business days only (Monday–Saturday)
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Delivery availability may vary based on pin code and courier serviceability

4. Shipping Charges

We may offer free shipping on prepaid orders or promotional campaigns

6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times
If the order is not accepted or reachable, it may be marked as RTO (Return to Origin)
Repeated RTO orders may result in restriction of Cash on Delivery (COD) for future purchases.

COD may be available on selected orders and locations
QYX Health reserves the right to disable COD for certain users or pin codes based on risk factors
8. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
In such cases: - Our team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue - Refunds or replacements will be

9. Damaged Packaging in Transit
If you receive a package that appears tampered, damaged, or leaking:
Do not accept the delivery (if visibly damaged), or
Record a complete unboxing video if accepted
Report the issue within 48 hours to support@qyxhealth.com
10. Incorrect Address or Contact Details
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details
Orders with incorrect or incomplete details may face delays or non-delivery
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch
